Creation of Homeowner and Condominium Associations

The Firm’s partners have created hundreds of community and condominium associations for developers throughout Florida including projects with multi-tier association structures, community development districts, and club facilities. The Firm’s partners also have experience legally designing commercial condominiums and mixed use projects.

Condominium Conversions

The Firm is experienced in converting apartment complexes and other projects into condominiums.

The Firm drafts most of its clients’ purchase and sale agreements and associated addenda, master deeds, common area deeds, settlement agreements and releases.

The Firm’s affiliated title company, Title Company of Florida, LLC, closes hundreds of units for its developer clients each year.

The Firm handles commercial litigation for clients including construction defect claims, breach of contract disputes, and collections/foreclosures.

Work Outs

The Firm represents developers, lenders, and receivers during work outs of failed development projects including reviving defaulted projects prior to, during, and after foreclosure.
