Peter J. Guala, Esq.
Peter Guala handles real estate legal matters and concentrates much of his practice on the law involving condominiums and communities. He represents condominium associations and homeowners’ associations throughout Florida as general counsel.
Mr. Guala counsels and represents clients in various aspects of their legal matters including drafting and negotiation of contracts, interpretation of association governing documents, covenant enforcement, injunctions, foreclosure litigation and collections, eviction litigation and landlord-tenant issues, matters involving the Division of Florida Condominiums, association meetings and elections, as well as other civil litigation, disputes, and general legal matters.
Mr. Guala graduated magna cum laude from The University of Scranton with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics, and a minor in Finance. Mr. Guala was recipient of The University of Scranton Excellence in Economics Award. He then received his Juris Doctor degree, with a Business and Financial Law Certificate, from the University of Miami School of Law. During law school, Mr. Guala was an officer of the Real Probate, Property & Trust Law Society, and was awarded the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in International Business Transactions.
