Adam J. Weiss, Esq.

Adam Weiss focuses his practice on issues relating to real estate and advises clients on all matters relating to the acquisition, disposition and leasing of commercial real estate. In addition, Mr. Weiss provides counsel to borrowers and financial institutions on real estate related financing matters.

 

Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Weiss was a real estate associate in the Miami office of Akerman, LLP, an AmLaw 100 law firm. While at Akerman, Mr. Weiss represented developers, private equity funds, family offices and Fortune 500 companies in a variety of real estate transactions. Additionally, during law school, Mr. Weiss worked alongside the General Counsel of Property Markets Group LLC, an established developer of luxury condominium towers. 

 

Mr. Weiss earned his Bachelor of Arts, summa cum laude, from Yeshiva University, where he was awarded the Dean’s Scholarship and was a member of the tennis and cross-country teams. He was then awarded the prestigious, full-tuition Harvey T. Reid scholarship to the University of Miami School of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctorate degree, magna cum laude. While at law school, Mr. Weiss was awarded the CALI Award for Excellence and the Oral Advocate Award. He was also a member of the University of Zurich Law School exchange program, the Dean’s List and the International and Comparative Law Review.
