Bryan Granda, ESQ.

Bryan Granda focuses his practice on issues relating to real estate and advises clients on all matters relating to the acquisition, disposition and leasing of commercial real estate. In addition, Mr. Granda provides counsel to borrowers and financial institutions on real estate related financing matters.
 
Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Granda was a real estate associate for a boutique law firm where Mr. Granda represented financial institutions, developers, buyers, and sellers in a variety of real estate transactions. Mr. Granda earned his bachelor’s degree in Sports Management and Business from Florida International University. He then attended the University of Miami School of Law, where he graduated with cum laude honors. While at law school, Mr. Granda served as the Vice President of the Miami Law Entertainment and Sports Law Society, and also served as captain of the basketball team for the Deans Cup.
