Jeremy Zisholtz focuses his practice on representing real estate owners in the acquisition, sale, financing, and leasing of real estate. Prior to joining Solomon, Cooperman, and Recondo, LLP, Mr. Zisholtz worked for a boutique real estate law firm in Fort Lauderdale, where he represented real estate developers and investors in the acquisition and sale of commercial real estate as well as both landlords and tenants in the leasing of retail and office properties. Prior to moving to Florida, Mr. Zisholtz served as leasing counsel for several landlords in New York and New Jersey, leasing retail, office, and warehouse properties. His significant experience representing landlords in-house has provided Mr. Zisholtz with a broad business perspective of the real estate industry and a unique understanding of his clients’ concerns and desires.
 
Mr. Zisholtz earned his Bachelor of Arts, summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa, from the University of Maryland, and his Juris Doctor from Emory University School of Law, where he was a member of the Emory Law Bankruptcy Developments Journal. Mr. Zisholtz is licensed to practice in Florida, New York, and New Jersey.
