Maria Alejandra Ojeda focuses her practice on real estate related matters, including the acquisition, disposition and leasing of commercial and residential real estate. In addition, Ms. Ojeda provides counsel to borrowers and financial institutions on real estate related financing matters.
Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Ojeda was a real estate associate at a highly-respected boutique real estate law firm based in Fort Lauderdale. While at her previous firm, Ms. Ojeda represented national developers, investors and financial institutions in a variety of real estate transactions. Prior to that, Ms. Ojeda served as the National Commercial Services Counsel for CalAtlantic National Title Solutions, a Lennar Title subsidiary.
Ms. Ojeda earned her Bachelor of Business Administration and Bachelor of Arts from the University of Miami. Ms. Ojeda then obtained her Juris Doctorate and Master of Laws in Real Property Development degrees from the University of Miami School of Law. While earning her J.D. and L.L.M., Ms. Ojeda served as a legal intern at Del Monte Fresh Produce N.A., Inc. and Greenberg Traurig, LLP.
