Ben Solomon is the owner and Managing Partner of the Firm. For over 20 years, Mr. Solomon has served as legal counsel to hundreds of developers, community associations, and condominiums throughout Florida on all aspects of their legal matters. Mr. Solomon also represents banks, hotels, REITS, investors, and builders.
Mr. Solomon advises clients on billions of dollars in real estate assets and has extensive knowledge in legally designing residential, commercial, and mixed-use development projects. He has also counseled and turned over hundreds of communities and condominiums for major developers. Additionally, Ben Solomon has significant experience in commercial and residential real estate transactions, civil litigation, receivership, and business. Mr. Solomon has worked on contracts and transactions worth billions of dollars in value.
Before starting the Firm, Mr. Solomon was an attorney with the national law firm Duane Morris, LLP, where he represented some of the top builders in the country. Mr. Solomon graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from Boston University where he majored in Public Relations. Ben Solomon then received his Juris Doctor degree with honors from the University of Miami School of Law.
Mr. Solomon is a nationally recognized real estate attorney who has been featured on television, radio and quoted in dozens of publications. Among other notable media, Ben Solomon has made television appearances on CNBC, CNN, FOX, CBS, and NBC, and has been featured in Money Magazine, Forbes, The Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg, Miami Herald, Daily Business Review, Washington Post, Chicago Tribune, Los Angeles Times, Baltimore Sun, The Real Deal, Miami Today, and South Florida Business Journal. Among other prestigious awards and recognitions, Ben Solomon has been named Most Effective Lawyer, Legal Elite, Top 100 in America, Florida’s BEST, and Association Counsel of the Year.
Ben Solomon does significant pro bono work for those in need and sponsors, participates, and supports philanthropic organizations including, among others, Big Brother Big Sister, Boys and Girls Club, Dolphins Cancer Challenge, and MS Society.
